This MOU focuses on the following areas of collaboration:

1. Develop and mount training programmes
2. To share infrastructure, facilities and equipment.
3. To undertake collaborative research and extension activities and share the results.
4. To cooperate in the field of community engagement, including work integrated learning.
5. To jointly solicit and explore Scholarships, Bursaries and Grants opportunities.
6. To jointly hold and organize meetings and workshops on subjects of mutual interest.
7. To corporate in the area of staff development and capacity building for both institutions.
8. To cooperate with each other and, as appropriate, with relevant national, regional and international institutions operating within the region in the design, implementation and assessment of capacity development initiatives to achieve maximum impact on matters of common interest.
