- Use staff members from the respective partner University as external examiners, specifically at postgraduate levels.
- Cooperate in the field of community engagement, including work integrated learning.
- Hold jointly organized meetings, conferences and workshops, on subjects of mutual interest.
- Cooperate in the area of staff development.
- Cooperate with each other and, as appropriate, with relevant national, regional, and international institutions operating within the region in the design, implementation and assessment of capacity development initiatives to achieve maximum impact on matters of common interest.
- Develop joint student initiatives.
