- To develop and share resources such as infrastructure and equipment.

- To create a variety of platforms for innovative academic exchange for staff and students

- To jointly organize meetings, workshops and conferences on subjects of mutual interest.

- To cooperate in the area of joint supervision at different levels of study.
- To develop joint industrial and academic linkages
