This MOU focuses on the following areas of collaboration:

• To undertake collaborative training, research and extension activities and share the results.
• To engage in capacity building of Malava constituents
• To participate and cooperate in community engagement and development including work integrated learning.
• To jointly organize meetings/workshops on subjects of mutual interest.
• To cooperate with each other and as appropriate with relevant County Government, national, regional and international institutions in development initiatives.
• To develop and share infrastructure, facilities and equipment on terms to be agreed.
